Nutrition information

Do you have questions?

When is the best time to take the Intra Workout?

During your training! Start after the first 15-20 minutes and drink it evenly spread over your whole workout. That keeps your supply constant.

Can I combine it with other supplements?

Absolutely! The Intra Workout is a perfect complement to your pre-workout (before training) and post-workout shake (after training). Just avoid additional carbohydrates during training.

Which types of training is it suitable for?

Perfect for all intense training sessions over 45 minutes: strength training, endurance sports, HIIT, CrossFit or long cardio sessions. For short workouts under 30 minutes it is usually not needed.

Does the powder dissolve well?

Yes! Thanks to the ultrafine Cluster Dextrin® technology it dissolves completely without lumps. Just shake and you are done - no sandy texture.

Can I take it on rest days too?

The Intra Workout is developed specifically for supply during training. On rest days other supplements such as our Whey Protein make more sense.

Does it taste artificial?

No! We use natural flavours and natural colourings (beetroot, beta-carotene). The 4 flavours are refreshing and not over-sweetened.

Why Cluster Dextrin® instead of normal sugar?

Cluster Dextrin® does not cause stomach problems, a feeling of fullness or blood sugar spikes. You get constant energy without the typical problems of conventional carbohydrates during training.

Do I have to drink more water?

Taking in enough water (2-3 litres a day) is generally recommended. The Intra Workout already contains electrolytes for optimal hydration during training.

Strength athlete & martial artist

As a martial artist I need power that lasts over 90 minutes - normal water simply is not enough for that. The Intra Workout from Iron Brothers has revolutionised my training. The Cluster Dextrin® gives me constant energy without sitting heavily in my stomach, perfect for intense sparring sessions. With 4,680mg of L-leucine and the complete amino acid profile I am still explosive in the third round. The natural electrolytes from coconut water in particular have taken my endurance to a new level - no more cramps, not even in the hardest sessions. This stuff is my game-changer between the weights room and the ring.

CLUSTER DEXTRIN®

Why normal carbohydrates are not enough

Cluster Dextrin® is not simply another carbohydrate - it is a revolutionary technology developed specifically for athletes. This highly branched, cyclic structure empties from the stomach considerably faster than conventional carbohydrates, which means: no feeling of fullness, no stomach problems, just pure energy. With a low osmolality it ensures optimal fluid uptake and keeps your blood sugar level stable - perfect for long, intense training sessions where every minute counts.

NATURE MEETS SCIENCE

Protection for your muscles at the highest level

While you train, your muscles are under constant stress. Our scientifically dosed amino acid profile with 22.66g of protein per serving actively counteracts that process. The 4,680mg of L-leucine activate muscle protein synthesis right during training, while L-glutamine and L-glycine ensure optimal recovery. The integrated coconut water powder gives you natural electrolytes, exactly as nature perfected them - combined with high-quality minerals it maintains your muscle function and prevents the dreaded cramps, even in the hardest sessions.

    Intra Honey Melon
