Carbohydrates are the fuel for intense training, but the timing is what decides. Cooking rice takes too long in everyday life, and porridge oats sit heavily in many people's stomachs before training. That is why Instant Rice Pudding is a fixed part of my routine. The rice flakes swell in seconds, whether with cold or warm water. With over 80 % carbohydrates and less than 1 % fat it is a light source that does not slow you down. Fat slows digestion, which is why I go for low-fat carbohydrates before training. I eat it about 60 to 90 minutes before training with banana and a little honey. After training I stir in a scoop of whey, then I have protein and carbohydrates in one bowl. My tip from practice: it tastes completely neutral, so do not think only of sweet. Mixed with stock it becomes a quick side dish with chicken and vegetables and is therefore perfect for meal prep when things have to be quick.

    Iron Brothers Rice-Pudding-Flakes

    Sehr guter Rice Pudding

Absolute Kaufempfehlung.
